All orders require 2–3 weeks for fulfillment unless marked as a pickup order. Please keep this in mind when placing your order.
To ensure the quality of your order, please make sure someone is available to accept the package upon delivery. We cannot be held responsible for melting, thawing, or spoilage caused by unattended packages or delayed retrieval.
Once your package arrives, please open it immediately and store all items in the freezer.
No Refunds OR Exchanges:
Our products are perishable, refunds or replacements will not be issued for melted or thawed items after the package has been shipped. We are not liable for shipping delays or issues caused by the carrier.
Insured Shipping:
Every order includes shipping insurance. If your package is damaged during transit, we will gladly help submit a claim with the shipping carrier for reimbursement consideration.
